Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology

Facial Reflexology combines the benefits of holistic therapy with a touch of beautifying luxury. It is deeply relaxing with immediate effects on your stress levels and well-being.

The unique techniques of Facial Reflexology tone the skin and the muscular structure of the face. Your treatment stimulates collagen and elastin production, and your complexion appears tighter, plumper, and more radiant. Your face looks smoother and more toned with a natural healthy glow.

Facial Reflexology is especially powerful because it is working closely to the brain and cranial nerves. This helps the body’s healing process. It improves circulation, releases muscle tension and strengthens the skin layers.

The treatment is great for all ages, and for men and women. It is an amazing way to combine looking after your skin and your wellbeing.

When you feel tired and drained, you can see it in your expression when you look in the mirror. Stress, headaches, eye strain, illness and sleep disturbance all show in your face. So if you want to combat signs of ageing and look your best, Facial Reflexology could be just what you need.

Forty-three facial muscles create our expressions. Unfortunately, these do not always reflect the way we would like to be seen, especially as we grow older. It is hard to stop our inner feelings of stress and worry showing in the tension of our facial muscles. Often, these feelings can etch into permanent lines and expressions.

Facial Reflexology improves blood and lymph flow. It releases muscle tension and stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. This leaves the face looking smoother and more toned with a natural healthy glow. Over a number of sessions, you may see a reduction in the appearance of lines and wrinkles. It also helps to relieve blocked sinuses, dry skin, headaches, lack of energy, dull complexion, and depression. The therapy helps the body to work at its optimum level.

Bergman Method

I received my training in Facial Reflexology personally from Ziggie Bergman founder of ‘The Bergman Method’. She developed the method over twenty years ago based on the same techniques as foot reflexology. While Ziggie offers this premium experience in exclusive Belgravia locations, I bring the same treatment to you in Bedfordshire!

What to Expect

The treatment lasts around 1 hour.

You relax on a comfortable couch, wrapped in a cosy blanket. You don’t remove any clothes, just earrings or necklaces. It is a good idea to wear a top with no collar.

The treatment starts with a hot towel cleanse.

The Bergman method uses gentle pressure on the facial reflex points. The treatment is a wonderfully soothing combination of stroking and pressing on your face. This smooths away tension and creates a feeling of complete well-being. Most clients just drift off to sleep!

Clients often feel an inner calm and a sense of wellbeing at the end of their treatment, as well as a more youthful, glowing complexion. They report a release of tension, improved sleep, improved mood and an increased sense of well-being.
